Jim Schuster is an Application Engineering Manager for DUX Area, Inc. Jim joined DUX in 2006 and brings more than 30 years experience in the finishing industry. Well informed about today's coatings, Jim has extensive background in powders, fluid handling systems, hot and cold sealants, adhesives systems, exhaust system design and applications used in furniture, metal finishing and general industry. Jim is particularly experienced with large automation projects, including automatic spray guns, robotics, reciprocators and high-production spray lines. He has worked closely with the major automation equipment suppliers on projects of all sizes and is ready to answer your questions on automatic spray guns as well as the automation process.

As a co-founder of the company, Peter is responsible for the production and test management of American Plating Power’s products. His expertise includes Thyristor Controlled Rectifiers, Switch Mode Power Supplies, Variable Transformer Rectifiers, Reverse Pulse Power Supplies, and various Controllers. Peter has been with American Plating Power for 6 years, and also heads up their R & D and Technical Service divisions. Peter received his electronics education in the Netherlands, and has over 18 years experience in design and development of power electronics products and software design.
