TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (REGIONAL)

Illinois/Wisconsin • West Coast • Texas • Mississippi/Alabama • St. Louis • Kentucky/southern Ohio/southern Indiana territories

Columbia Chemical has an employment opportunity for a Technical Sales Representatives reporting directly to the Sales Manager, Americas.  

Duties performed include:

• Promote direct sales to selected end users for assigned territories.
• Work closely with technical support department to provide technical service to customers.
• Gather marketing data for assigned territories, including market size and competition.
• Follow-up on all incoming leads from advertising/website for assigned territory.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or business preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales.
• Familiar with metal finishing, zinc plating, products and processes.
• Ability to gain knowledge in sales and technical service.
• Must live in the assigned territory.
