Benchmark Products, Inc., of Indianapolis, Ind., and New Surface Technologies, LLC, of Bedford, Ohio, recently announced the formation of Asterion, LLC, effective Dec. 1, 2009. Asterion will manufacture and sell the entire metal finishing product line of both companies.
