Deadline Approaching for 2008 Washington Forum Hotel Registration
Monday, March 31, is the cut-off date for hotel registration for the the 2008 Washington Forum. The annual event is scheduled to take place April 22–24 at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Attendees will have access to the latest insights on key policy issues such as:
- Greening the Department of Defense for Surface Finishing
- U.S. Manufacturing Competitiveness and the Future
- Labor Policy Developments for U.S. Manufacturing
- U.S. Energy Policy, Climate Change, and Manufacturing
In addition, an exciting keynote speech is planned. Fred Barnes, political commentator and co-founder and executive editor of The Weekly Standard, will address attendees. Currently, Barnes co-hosts (along with Mort Kondracke) the "Beltway Boys" on FOX News. He also hosts the weekly radio show, "Issues in the News" on Voice of America. Barnes appears regularly on FOX's "Special Report with Brit Hume."
