Countdown to SUR/FIN: NASF Previews 2008 Automotive Symposium Lineup
The National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF) has announced its star-studded lineup of presenters and technical papers for the SUR/FIN 2008 Automotive Symposium. From value-packed conference programming featuring some of the brightest minds in the industry, to a rare appearance by a high-profile J. D. Power & Associates chief economist, this year’s Automotive Symposium promises to deliver the goods.
Following is a preliminary snapshot of the Automotive Symposium (TRACK II):
TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 9 A.M.–12 P.M.
Automotive Symposium (Chair: Linda Wing, industry manager, automotive, Enthone—Americas).
Featured speaker: Dr. Robert Schnorbus, chief economist, J. D. Power & Associates. “Regional and global trends; the impact of global sourcing; supplier concerns; and other related issues affecting the automotive industry.” This 90-minute presentation, which features a Q&A session, will provide attendees with important economic information as well as key industry trends. The information presented will help finishers leverage the knowledge they’re going to gain from the seminar and put it into common practice long after the show.
