The purpose of the Reliable B.O.B. program is to focus attention on how hard Reliable Silver works to satisfy customer needs, according to Stan Steinberg, COO. For example, if a customer is not satisfied with its service, Reliable Silver will send a $50 bill and recommit to achieving mutually agreed-upon goals. Note: Customers have a week after receipt of the order to make a claim.
“The aim of the Reliable BOB program is to show that excellence in materials quality and fabrication, customer service and customer satisfaction is a priority,” Steinberg said. “The customer is the judge and jury of our performance.”
Since the beginning of 2010, Reliable Silver has increased sales by:
- Responding to increased demand by adding more skilled fabricators and more machines
- Expanding the silver alloy product line with more sizes, shapes, and tolerances
- Adding other precious metal products, including silver carbonates and silver medallions to broaden its product offering
“Throughout this growth period the Reliable Silver team has maintained its commitment to customer service in addition to reliability for quality products, for timely delivery and for competitive pricing and terms,” said Mike Peters, vice president of sales, Reliable Silver. “As a result, we are in an even better position to meet a full range of customer needs.”
