Enthone Names Douglas Kielbasa Technical Service Engineer, U.S. Central Region

Douglas Kielbasa has been named Technical Service Engineer, Performance Coatings, for the U.S. Central Region by Enthone Inc., a business of Cookson Electronics.

In this role, Kielbasa is responsible for the installation of Enthone chemical processing equipment at customer facilities, as well as the training of customer personnel in the proper control of Enthone processes. He is also involved in key projects designed to improve the yields and quality of customers’ operations.

Kielbasa, a member of the American Electroplaters and Surface Finishers Society, has extensive technical knowledge and applications expertise, gained over a nearly 30-year career in the surface finishing industry. He began working for Norris Industries in 1981 and most recently served as plating & assembly manager for SRG Global in Morehead, Kentucky. An advocate for efficiency and value in manufacturing, Mr. Kielbasa has earned Lean Enterprise Certification from the University of Tennessee’s Center for Executive Education, College of Business Administration.

Mr. Kielbasa currently resides with his wife and children in Morehead, Kentucky.
