Registration Open for
2008 Washington Forum

Registration is open for the 2008 Washington Forum, scheduled to take place April 22–24 at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel. On tap for the event—which is sponsored and organized by the National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF)—are valuable educational breakout sessions focused on existing and impending regulations impacting the surface finishing industry. Participants will hear from principals representing The Policy Group, the arm of the NASF that handles governmental/regulatory matters. In addition, attendees will hear a keynote speech delivered by Fred Barnes, political commentator and co-founder and executive editor of The Weekly Standard. Currently, Barnes co-hosts (along with Mort Kondracke) the "Beltway Boys" on FOX News. He also hosts the weekly radio show, "Issues in the News" on Voice of America. Barnes appears regularly on FOX's "Special Report with Brit Hume." To register for the Washington Forum, please visit www.nasf.org. Fees for the forum are as follows: early rate (before 3/21/08): $350 member and $575 non-member; regular rate (after 3/21/09): $450 member and $350 non-member. Note: Capitol Hill visits only: $200 member and $350 non-member.
